First class implementation

Cannabis products with CBD (cannabadidiol) or with less than one percent THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) are legal. Everything else is not. «normal» THC cannabis as a medicine, it is only available with a doctor's prescription and after a special permit from the Federal Office of Public Health, which the doctor must apply for.
